On disk 2, go to the third page in the main menu (the one with choices 6, 7 and 8). Go to the "Deleted Scenes" option (#6) and press your Left button. A Chinese character ('be' or 'being', if my Chinese is good). Pressing enter will bring you to a 6 1/2-minute explaining terms like 'Arahan', Yongsan', 'Maruchi' and others.
