Deleted Scene:
From the disc's Main Menu go to "Scene Selections." highlight the entry for "Talen Show". Press your Right button for a scribble to appear and them press your Enter button for a deleted scene.

Outtakes:
From the Main Menu go to "Special Features". Highlight the last item on the list and press your Down button. "One More?" will appear. Press your Enter button for a series of outtakes with Steve Carrell.
