On disc one, select audio settings. you SHOULD get the menu on the abdomen. however, to access this, you need to go back and forth between the main menu and the audio until the whole torso is visible, NOT just the zoom on the ab. When you get the whole torso visible, press directional button left. a screen informing you of the egg should appear. The end of the movie with an alternative commentary ending should play.
