Game:
Press your Enter button "Special Features" and scroll down to the bottom. Highlight "Main Menu" and press your Right button twice until a gun appears.

Behind the Scenes:
Get into the "Special Features". press your Enter button on the "Behind the Scenes" option and into the second page of the "Behind the Scenes" featurettes. Highlight the "Stills" picture, then hit your left arrow. This will bring up a train pic. Hit enter for a 1 and 1/2 minute bit on the railroads used.
