To find the first one go to the Special Feature section. Highlight 'Trailer Selection' and then click up. You will now get to see some photographs of the real Lam Sai-Wing and many others featured in the film.

Bonus Feature:
The 2nd one is in the Trailer Section menu. Highlight the UK promotional trailer and press your Right button on your handset. This should highlight Magnificent Butcher in chinese writing. Click select here and you'll see some information written about Lam Sai-Wing by none other than Mr Bey Logan.
