Reading the Book:
Although not exactly hidden, it is a feature that has not been announced and is not documented on the disc's packaging. In the "Special Features" section of the disc, accessible through the main menu, you can select a second commentary track. It is a reading of the book, 'The Siege', by the author, James Lasdun, on which the movie is based.
