Bonus Track:
The only way I have found to access this hidden track is to bring up the Display option on the DVD remote, and nudge up the Track setting to 11. If there's another access route, I haven't located it yet.

However, what you get is a complete bonus track - actually the original opening number of the concert before the DVD's main opening number of West End Girls. It features abstract video projections projected onto a screen behind which the PSB's are performing the track live.
