Deleted Scene:
Go to Chapter 24 (The Hospital Scene) When the scene starts press your Enter button and see a deleted scene with an introduction by Director Eli Roth.

Trailer:
From the Main Menu, highlight the Lion's Gate logo and press your Enter button.

Interface:
1. Insert DVD into DVD player, obviously. "Skip chapter" over copyright information and logos and boring stuff like that.
2. On the root menu, go to "scene selection" option.
3. Wait for the menus to cycle through about 5 times on each screen and characters pop up. There's a story being told involving Deputy Winston from the movie shown on each page ("page" being each screen that shows you which scenes from the movie to jump to: 1-3, 4-6, 7-9, etc.)
