Outtake:
From the disc's "Main Menu" go to the 'Extra Features' and there highlight the menu entry that takes you to the 'Godthumb' trailer. Then, press your Right button and a green bullet hole will appear in the corner of the screen and immediately take you to an outtake from the hospital scene.
