Deleted Scene:
On the Engament episode menu, highlight "Deleted Scenes" and press your right button.
A ring will appear. Press your Enter button for an extra deleted scene at the movie theatre.

Interviews:
Disc 2: Select episodes and then choose set up. Press down twice to highlight Elaine's lost button and press OK to access "Hey, aren't you..."

On Disc 2, go to episodes and highlight "The Caddy" episode. Click either down or left to highlight a little silver thing and click it to see a 10-minute long, literally, segment on how the cast was spotted (during the show and after syndication) in public.
